U.S. Economy is Weakening...what might happen?

Welcome to the 136th Issue of Weekly e-newsletter by This week I like to share with you "U.S. Economy is Weakeng...what might happen?”.

With U.S economy weaknening, I think U.S. Fed's Bernanke would be forced to print money again....and when that happens, some of the money will flow into stock markets. Thus, after the lacklustre performance for the last 1 month (Aug), IF and WHEN Bernanke starts printing money, the stock market might enjoy another period of Upward Movements....

However, the risk of a 2nd Global Financial Crisis has increased, and this might happen in year 2011 or year 2012.....

We cannot prevent Global Financial Crisis, we cannot control what Bernanke decides to DO or not do to.

As Investors, what we can do is to Position and Prepare ourselves, so that we can make money (when markets move UP) and we can avoid Losing Money (when another Stock Market Dip/Crash happens).

Thanks to higher income and savings the last few months, now my Cash position is about 25% of my total wealth. If markets do FALL, then I can actually deploy this Opportunity Fund to buy stocks at low prices.

But if markets move up further, I can also benefit as I have about 35% of my wealth invested into Stocks.

In the last 3 months, Singapore Property prices did not move up much. However, an investment property I bought in Apr 2010 has gone up in value by 13%. How do you assess the Investment Potential of different properties? How to know whether a property is a Good Deal or not?
