LEVERAGE HOLDINGS Pte Ltd was established in 2003. We are Singapore’s pioneer Mortgage Loan Consulting firm. The company's website HousingLoanSG was first launched in 2008.

Founded by the late Mr Dennis Ng (吴加万) - a respected personal finance expert and bestselling author - the company was built on a simple premise: empowering borrowers to understand their home loans and effortlessly compare the interest rates.

Building on this legacy, our consultants - each with over a decade of industry experience - provide unbiased, personalized financial guidance. Whether you need to compare interest rates, determine your borrowing capacity, or navigate major financial institutions, we are here to help you secure the best possible home loan solutions for your goal.

Our History

Back in 2003, mortgage consultancy service was unheard of in Singapore. Our Company, Leverage Holdings Pte Ltd was the first Mortgage Loan Consultancy firm to be set up in Singapore.

Our founder, the late Mr Dennis Ng (吴加万), was a former banker with 19 years of lending experience and a qualified financial consultant. He saw a need for mortgage loan services after he was approached by home loan customers for consultation on their home loan packages. These customers were paying exorbitant interests on their home loans at that time.

Dennis was initially rejected by banks as they only recognised property agents for home loan referrals. He persevered in pitching to the other banks until one bank agreed to onboard our Company. The rest of the banks gradually followed suit.

The business was slow initially, as few people were aware of such a service. We had to educate every single person we met about the new service.

Today, we have established ourselves as a reliable and trustworthy mortgage consultancy firm, having served and helped thousands of our clients successfully attained their dream homes. We believe it is not by chance that we have come this far. By staying true to our philosophy - Putting Clients' Interests Above Everything, we have gained the trust of many of our clients.

While helping more people save interests on their home loan, Dennis also pursued his passion for financial literacy in Singapore. In 2009, Dennis set up MasterYourFinance.com, a one-stop Financial Education and Resources Portal, under Educo Associates and MasterYourFinance.Com Pte Ltd, that provide Financial Education programs to corporates and individuals. He firmly believed that When You Master Your Finance, You Master Your Destiny.

Mr Dennis Ng published three personal finance books.

Mastering Your Personal Finance: A national bestseller distributed across major bookstores like Popular and Kinokuniya.
Why is Money Always Not Enough (为什么钱总是不够用?): The book addresses the core mental blind spots that prevent people from saving and growing their income.
What Your School Never Taught You About Money: A guide focused on breaking down complex financial planning for everyday citizens.

He launched the "How to Save and Accumulate One Million Dollars" Seminar in 2008/2009 to teach the public how to plan and manage finances wisely to achieve Financial Freedom. It was the very first time such a seminar was conducted for the public. He later launched two other seminars, namely "Secret to making money in Property" and "Secret to making money in Stocks".
